Do you provide remote support for Phototicket?

We sure do!

We use the popular TeamViewer software to provide remote support. TeamViewer enables us to see what's on your screen and allows us to control your mouse and keyboard.

Before we can provide remote support, you will need to download and run theĀ TeamViewer Quick Support program. When run, TeamViewer Quick Support will show you Your ID and Password.


When you call us, you'll have to tell us what Your ID and Password is so we can make the connection.
